Socket Button Head Screw

A socket button is a machine screw with a domed head with a recessed hexagonal socket to be used with an allen key driver. The hex socket is usually smaller than other types of socket screws which allows for the tightening torque to be reduced. The button heads have a lower and wider profile than the socket cap or socket countersunk.
